At Premier Vintage, we aim to deliver your items as quickly and carefully as possible.
Processing & Dispatch
We strive to ship your order as fast as possible. Orders placed today are typically shipped the next day (“ordered today, shipped tomorrow”).
We process and ship orders from Monday to Saturday. Orders are not shipped on Sundays.
Shipping Times
Shipping times may vary depending on your location:
- Netherlands: 1–3 business days
- Europe: 3–7 business days
- International: 5–12 business days
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to external factors such as customs or carrier delays.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Tracking
All orders include a tracking number, so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs. If your package is significantly delayed or lost, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
