1. Access and Account

By visiting our website and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions, including any additional terms, policies and guidelines referenced herein. These terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, vendors, customers, merchants and contributors of content. You must be of the age of majority in your country of residence to use this site. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

2. Our Products

All products are vintage and pre-owned unless otherwise stated. We make every effort to accurately display the colour and condition of our products, but colours may vary depending on your screen settings. We reserve the right to limit the sale of our products to certain persons, geographic regions or jurisdictions.

3. Orders

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors or stock exhaustion. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been accepted.

4. Prices and Billing

All prices are exclusive of VAT and shipping costs unless otherwise stated. VAT is calculated based on the country of delivery. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not apply to orders already placed.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier. Risk of loss passes to the buyer once the package has been handed over to the carrier. Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the destination.

6. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

As a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason within 14 calendar days of receiving the product. To exercise this right, send a clear statement before the deadline expires to lepremiercheval@gmail.com or by post to Arnesteinweg 50, 19 — 4338 PD Middelburg, The Netherlands.

Products must be returned unworn, unwashed and in their original condition. Return shipping costs are at the buyer's expense unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered. We will refund the purchase amount within 14 days of receiving the returned product, using the original payment method.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or personalised products, products where the hygiene seal has been broken, or digital content that has already been downloaded.

7. Subscription Terms

By signing up for a subscription, you agree to the periodic billing as described at the time of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date. Payment will be charged automatically to your chosen payment method. In the event of a failed payment, we reserve the right to pause or terminate the subscription.

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account page or by contacting us at lepremiercheval@gmail.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. In the event of price changes, you will be notified by email at least 30 days in advance. The 14-day right of withdrawal applies to the first subscription period, provided the service has not yet been used or the product has not yet been shipped.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including texts, images, logos and design — is the property of Premier Vintage and may not be reproduced, distributed or used without prior written permission.

9. Privacy Policy

We process personal data in accordance with our privacy policy and the GDPR. Your data is used solely for the execution of the agreement and, where you have given consent, for marketing purposes. Please refer to our privacy policy for further information.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Premier Vintage is not liable for indirect damages, consequential damages or loss of profit. Our liability is in all cases limited to the amount of the relevant order.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district of Zeeland-West-Brabant, unless mandatory legal provisions dictate otherwise. EU consumers may also use the European ODR platform at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website. You will be notified by email in the event of significant changes.
